It all started back in 1995 while working at Agfa Film. The Internet had not quite evolved into what it is today. There were no browsers to interface with the Internet and when Netscape Navigator was born, the need for web site designers was in high demand. I jumped on that bandwagon and learned to do site design, pretty much by osmosis.
Today I design sites for every type of industry. From mom and pop bed and breakfasts to Fortune 100 companies and all points inbetween. At times, site design is limited to aspects or partial design. Most of the time however, I use my creativity to integrate new content and new concepts hence, the name of this site. |

 With over ten years experience, I have developed in-house procedures to ensure not only a quality web site but an affordable web site. Using a host of customized software, many web site projects can be ripped at a fraction of the time it takes others to design.
This serves two purposes; it provides you an affordable web site and offers me the ability to get on with the next project. That's not to say that I will abandon you but in most cases, unless your site is an evolving one, you won't need me until you want to alter content or re-vamp.

 It's a valid question - one that is asked of me every time I discuss web projects. Usually I answer the question with a question (something I really hate to do)... "What do you want on your site?" What needs to be considered is your content (what people see)
Do you have a lot of graphics? Do those graphics have to be re-sized and web optimized? Do you have all your copy in electronic form, ready to be pasted into the web page? Do you need scripting? How many sections will you have? How many pages? These are just a few considerations that must be determined before a quote can be given. Knowing the scope of your project and what your needs are is important.

 I tell my clients this. Go out on the web and find three sites that you really like and three sites that you really hate. Look for functionality and features that you want to incoporate into your own site. While I will not duplicate a site, sites can be re-hashed to reflect the indiviuality of your business. After finding the six sites mentioned, write down what it is that appeals to you most and what doesn't. This is a great start for both the client and me. Knowing what features and functionality you want can better assist in the pricing process. Often times a client just does not know what they want. Have no fear! This is where the CONCEPTS aspect of my design ability take form - I can design a theme based on your business. Many clients have given me carté blanche and have been thoroughly satisfied with the end result. |

 Yes! Arrangements can be made for me to be at your place of business designing your site. However, to keep your costs minimal, I suggest that you allow me to work on your project from my office. Travel, lodging and meals are billable expenses and onsite premium charges will prevail. Because of the nature of the Internet, your needs can be adequately addressed via phone, fax, email and overnite courier. Initial onsite consulting to determine the scope of your project is available locally or for sites with a contracted project budget exceeding $10,000. |
